Shop Policies

Unless explicitly stated in the listing, all of our items are now ready to ship.

Ready to ship items have a 5 business day turn around time. Made to order items will have a 2-3 week turn around time.

Payment

Payment is accepted through PayPal, credit card, and e-transfer. E-transfer payments must be sent within 24 hours after the order is placed otherwise the order will be cancelled. Payment must be received before the orders are shipped or picked up. 

 

Shipping

The majority of items are now ready to ship and will ship within 5 business days (our business days are Monday-Friday). Our made to order items have a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks. If for some reason this can not be done, we will contact you and let you know.Our items are handmade by myself and one seamstress and not mass produced in a factory. Please keep this in mind.

PLEASE NOTE THAT PAYPAL IS NO LONGER ACCEPTED FOR UNTRACKED PARCELS OR FOR LOCAL PICKUP. You do have the option to choose tracked shipping at checkout.

 

If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation! However, please be aware that we don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the post until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping, especially during the current situation with covid-19.

We will NOT be refunding any items that you choose to ship by untracked lettermail. We will, of course, refund (or replace if possible) should a tracked package go missing. This will not happen until after a full 30 days has passed from the date of shipment.

 

 

 

 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs do vary depending on the item and your location.

However, most items ship for the following amount:

Within Canada:

  • FREE untracked lettermail (for items that qualify)
  • $13 Expedited parcel with tracking.

Outside of Canada:

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our items, we do NOT accept returns unless the item(s) arrived damaged and must be replaced. You may exhange the item(s) for another size (if available). Shipping to and from us must be covered by the customer.

However – please be aware that we cannot accept exchanges or returns of custom orders or made to order items. We also cannot accept returns of bathing suits and undergarments  for health and safety reasons.

We want you to be happy with your order, and we will do whatever we can to work with you to sort out any issues!

 

 

Additional Policies and FAQs

Should you have any issues at all with your package, please email us at infodaniandoz@gmail.com. We cannot fix issues if we are not aware of them. Please refrain from messaging any of our employees about orders on their personal social media profiles.

We will NOT respond to any rude, threatening, or demeaning messages. Please treat us with the same respect you would like to receive in return. We are humans behind the screen. 

If you decide to open up a Paypal claim or credit card chargeback without speaking to us directly first, you will be banned from purchasing from us in the future. You will be removed from our social media accounts as well. We are a business, yes, however we are also human and mistakes happen. Please allow us to rectify those mistakes before contacting Paypal or your credit card company.
